Client Service Rededication February 2, 2010 Hollywood Lighting Services is proud to be the largest independent lighting provider in the Pacific Northwest. Our history in the entertainment community is far reaching and as our customer base increased over the years, we strived to meet the demand. Unfortunately, as we learned to meet the needs of an ever-increasing customer base we sometimes faltered. While there are a number of reasons for this, we are focused on assuring that they will not happen in the future. We are adapting to become more attentive, less expensive and equally creative so we can build (and rebuild) the kind of relationships that have gotten us this far. We are rededicating ourselves to exceeding the needs and expectations of our clients and are excited to showcase our new customer service. |
Gillian Tabler New Rental Lead February 1, 2010 We were all sad to see Kirk Keen move on to his new job at the Portland Art Museum, but were quickly comforted by the announcement of Gillian Tabler as his replacement. Not only does Gillian know the ropes from her experience as Equipment Coordinator, she has the unique ability to solicit honest feedback from customers – allowing her to keep what works and improve what doesn’t. One of her first moves will be to blur the lines between the Production, Rental, Sales and Electrical departments to ensure the customer is getting the most useful advice and thorough service possible.
